The Board of Ministers

The Board of Ministers (BoM) is established as a sovereign inter-ministerial convergence and cooperation bridge within the strategic constitutional architecture of the Global Economic Cooperation Council for Africa. It constitutes the principal body through which member States as well as partner and contributing governments engage, at ministerial level, in structured and principled multilateral cooperation for shared progress.

The Board of Ministers operates in full respect of national sovereignty, sovereign equality of member States, and non-interference in domestic affairs, while enabling free and sovereign convergence, coordination, and co-creation of collective policies, inclusive partnerships, and investment frameworks in pursuit of shared multipolar prosperity.

Accession to the Board of Ministers is exclusively granted to officially acknowledged GECCA’s member, partner and contributing states and governments
