This commitment rests upon the supreme necessity of reunifying Africa and the world within a superpowerful unconventional framework of plenipotential cooperation, capable of circumscribing, encompassing, harmonizing, and steering policies, dynamics, and contemporary investments efforts within the global outlooks, and determining the goals and strategic compacts for Africa in alignment with universal imperatives for planetary repropulsion and global Afrocentric transition.
