GECCA shall cooperate constructively with African and foreign sovereign states and legitimate governments, and asserting its pivotal and complementary role in both existing and future strategic endeavors, while heightening, accentuating, and underscoring convergent and parallel policies, projects and investments anchored in its strategic scope.
In addition, GECCA shall determinedly engage with major African and world foreign international, regional, governmental, multilateral, plurilateral, and financial institutions to Marshall groundbreaking solutions and strengthening transformative endeavors aligned with global imperatives and Africa’s strategic priorities
