credibility and investment integrity, policy coherence and diplomatic equilibrium, institutional
accountability and operational efficiency, Africa’s sovereignty within a multipolar global order.
Endowed with a bold structure and forward-thinking governance system, GECCA shall operate through
supreme, plenary, and auxiliary bodies, each vested with distinct mandates, complementary authority,
technical and sectoral excellence; while co-shaping and safeguarding Africa’s longterm economic
destiny.
