Sovereign transition towards new peace economies

Depoliticization

Depoliticization, demilitarization, and decolonization of cooperation and economic diplomacy

GECCA shall champion the depoliticization, depolarization, demilitarization, and decolonization of diplomacy and economic cooperation – shifting historical prowesses invested in economic wars toward new peace economies; reaffirming and reiterating new development cooperation and new economic diplomacy as the critical foundations and instruments of peace, stability, reinvestment, and shared prosperity rather than forging them as tools of contrasts, rivalries, influence, and geo-economics coercions.

Vision

Peaceful management of multipolar Afrocentric transitions

GECCA shall catalyze, advocate, and steer a peaceful management of global Afrocentric transitions, by mitigating systemic risks and structural inequalities, and shaping cooperative mechanisms that enable the multipolar transformation to unfold as a stabilizing and unifying force towards a new reconstruction of shared progresses.

Peace economies

Peace economies and binding ethical commitments

In furtherance of its foundational doctrine that peace and economic cooperation constitute indivisible mainstays and mutually reinforcing pillars of global Afrocentric transformation, GECCA will ensure that economic development cooperation and new global Afrocentric investments within its jurisdiction are inextricably conditioned upon the consolidation of concord and peaceful diplomacy.

To this end, GECCA shall require all its member States, institutional partners, strategic collaborators, as well as investors and its affiliated entities to adhere to, ratify, and fully endorse the World Peace Covenant for Africa (WPCA), the Ethics and Credibility Agreement (ECA), and the Allegiance Pledge.

These instruments shall serve as binding ethical, policy, cultural and economic safeguards designed to prevent, deter, and decisively confront violence, belligerences, proxy wars, economic aggressions, and all forms of geo-regional, political and military domination affecting Africa.

GECCA shall prioritize peace economies as a foundation for development, aligning the new economic cooperation with shared prosperity, global balance, and multipolar reconstruction.
