General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme deliberative, representative and plenary body of the Global Economic Cooperation Council for Africa, entrusted with the power to convene members in ordinary or extraordinary sessions to address critical continental and global Afrocentric issues. Subject to relevant modalities defined in its functioning instrument, the decisions and resolutions of GECCA GA are expected to reflecting the multilateral sovereign will of members, and are therefore binding to provide the overall guidance to all the constituent, governing and strategic bodies of the organization.
