The high presidential and diplomatic board constitutes an integral component acting as sovereign diplomatic board for GECCA’s legitimacy, credibility, influence, and global standing and prestige.
The high presidential and diplomatic board members act as honorary elders, prominent champions, and distinguished ambassadors hired from and deployed across the world to bridge diplomatic networks and international positioning, and advocating for policies, engagements, and alliances that promote global Afrocentric economic transformation, multipolar development, and multilateral cooperation.
Its members play a decisive role in opening diplomatic channels with governments, regional and international organizations as well as strategic partners and multilateral financial institutions. While helping GECCA in securing political and diplomatic support, the high presidential and diplomatic board ensures that GECCA’s strategic orientation transcends political cycles, global fluctuations, and poor extractive and conjunctural interests. Its members provide strategic and visionary counsel, and offer high-level strategic guidance and foresight to GECCA’s Secretariat and supreme bodies on matters relating to global economic, political and diplomatic transition, multipolar and multilateral cooperation, as well as ethical development leadership in the new global Afrocentric convergence.
The high presidential and diplomatic board is composed of eminent personalities of exceptional integrity, expertise, and distinction, including but not limited to Former and Current Heads of States and Governments, respected statespersons, and influential diplomats, especially presidents, chancellors, prime ministers, State secretaries, ministers of foreign affairs, high-level ambassadors, senior executives of multilateral organizations, prominent speakers and chairs of parliamentary councils, global development architects, distinguished champions of peace economies, as well as transformational figures whose credentials and standing enhances confidence and credibility among states, institutions, investors and peoples.
